Primary Level – Just getting started with exercise? No need to worry, just let one of our trained staff members be your guide.

Sport Specific – looking to increase your stamina for golf or tennis? Want better endurance & strength? This type of training is designed for you if you’re looking to improve your ability in a specific sport.

Weight Loss – For those of you wanting to shed a few pounds through an exercise regimen, this is for you! A trainer will help guide you with motivation, support and experience as you tackle this challenge.
Power & Strength – Interested in improving muscle size & strength? Let one of our trainers show you the latest muscle sculpting techniques.
Flexibility – flexibility training is important for decreasing risk of injury and reducing muscle soreness. Let us show you proper stretching techniques and exercises.
