Alexander Technique
Improves alignment, deepens breathing and will enhance mental focus.

Body Sculpting
Shape, define & strengthen your body through resistance, isolation and overload of specific areas.

Bosu Bar & Glide
Integrates balance training on the Bosu, resistance training of the bar, and use of gliders to develop core stabilization.

Broadway Jazz
Workout, sweat and strengthen your body while dancing and learning jazz dance techniques.

Cardio Craze
Enhances cardiovascular fitness, strength, performance, balance and coordination.

Core Power
Focuses on core strength exercises, mixed with upper and lower body endurance exercises to create a continual intense workout, bringing your body to the next level of fitness.

Core / Strength Fusion
A combination of balance, strength, flexibility and Pilates based mat exercises.

Cut Up!
A high intensity body conditioning and sculpting class. It incorporates free weights, total body movements and cardiovascular training that is sure to burn calories, define muscles and keep you motivated.

Endurance Spin
An advanced level Spinning class workout that is done on the stationary "Spinning" bike.

Evolve
Definition- To develop by a process of evolution to a different adaptive state state or condition. Take your body to a new level of fitness with this power driven, high intensity class. Evolve will challenge your body in ways you never thought possible.

Fight Club
A non-stop aerobic program that incorporates authentic Mix Martial Arts techniques. No experience needed, but must be at a moderate fitness level.

Hatha Yoga
This ancient technique uses posture and breath to increase energy and reduce stress.

Hip Hop *NEW TIME*
Learn the hottest new Hip Hop dance combinations. If you're a beginner or even a pro, this class will make you move, dance and shake like you never have before! This class will break down each step until you get it right and give you a cardiovascular workout at the same time. Come join the party!

Mat Pilates I
A mind/body conditioning technique combining yoga with western calisthenics.

Mat Pilates II
An advanced conditioning technique combining yoga with western calisthenics.

Morning Warrior
For the early risers who like to get a strong morning pump! Energize your day with this high intensity cardiovascular and strength training class, focusing on proper form and athletic drills. Bring water, a towel and be prepared to sweat!

Morning Workout
Start your day with a mild aerobic workout, followed by a relaxing stretch. This class is great for the active mature adult.
 

Progressive Pilates *NEW*
A class combining classical Pilates and adding levels of intensity as the class moves. Prop variations and balletic postures add excited challenge to even the most advanced exerciser.

Restorative Yoga
Yoga props support your body, allowing you to relax your mind.

Ringside
A pure boxing class that focuses on boxing fundamentals. Intense drills & mitt work, combined with total body conditioning to build strength, endurance, speed and abs of steel.

Rock and Roll Pilates *NEW*
This dynamic class offers the simplicity of an essential level Pilates class with the intensity and degree of difficulty of an intermediate to advanced level class. Using the foam roller, Rock and Roll Pilates offers each participant a chance to master strength, coordination, balance and flexibility while moving at a simple but rigorous pace. Not to mention the excellent benefits of myo-fascia release.

Rush Hour Abs *NEW*
Get amazing abs by using traditional abdominal and core conditioning movements. In just 45 minutes, you'll turn flab to fab!

Spin Attack *NEW*
Spinning comes from cycling. Spin Attack seeks a return to the roots of Spinning, offering a stripped down, relentlessly paced 45 minute ride. This class emphasizes proper position on the bike, sound fundamentals and full use of breath, resulting in the maximum efficiency. The intuitive pacing, driven by the music, allows the athlete the freedom to find their limits organically, without the usual monitoring and cadence checks. Just like a good bike ride, fast, relentless, exhilirating. **For advanced spinners.

Sculpt & Tone
This class is the next level of "Body Sculpting" class. Must sign up with reception.

Spinning
Incorporate visualization in this intense, guided workout on a stationary "Spinning" bike. Must sign up with reception.

Stretch & Strengthen
Apply a variety of techniques including ab, back & stretch exercises, as well as slow impact movements to achieve greater level of strength, balance & range of motion.

Super Stretch
Combine the elements of yoga, dance & short stretches to increase mobility & flexibility. This class suits all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced.

T'ai Chi Basics
This ancient Chinese art form practices slow fluid movements that heighten alertness and relax the body. Steady practice improves balance, increases circulation, strengthens bones, and releases tension.

T'ai Chi Form
A more advanced T'ai Chi class focused on learning the Ylang Style Long Form.

Theatre Jazz (Cardio Swing)
A blend of theater dance, jazz, swing & jitterbug choreographed with a cardio base both in contemoporary and period styles.

Throw Down *NEW*
A mixed martial arts class for the serious fighter in you! This class will teach you boxing/kicking combinations, self defense with takedowns, contact sparring drills, some grappling, cardio and strength training all in one class!Must have experience in Martial Arts/Boxing. There is contact. Come in and throw down with Throw Down!

Training Camp *NEW*
This challenging workout is designed to give you the best cardio and strength training. Motivated by Leo Wright and his favorite upbeat music, you will be challenged like never before! Most importantly, you will burn fat, build muscle, increase strength and rev up your metabolism.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A vigorous style of Yoga which emphasizes the constant dance of breath linked with movement. Engaged in this moving meditation, practitioners will build strength, increase flexibility, receive a great cardio-respiratory workout, and experience cleansing. Be prepared to sweat!

Yoga Awakening
Start your day on the right foot with this class, to help get your blood flowing!

Yoga Stretch
Unblock your energy with gentle yoga stretching.
