Nestled in a queit corner of the Manhattan Plaza Health Club, our bright studio overlooks the pool and lovely courtyard.
The Pilates Method of Exercise:
- Strengthens core muscles around your waist, hips, chest and back.
- Lengthens and lifts your posture so you actually feel taller.
- Creates flexibility and mobility in your spine making everyday activities easier, safer and more graceful.
- Safely and effectively restores strength and flexibility to joints and injuries (young and old).
All of our instructors are fully certified on all apparatus.
