History

Celebrating our 30th Anniversary, Manhattan Plaza Health Club (MPHC) opened its doors in 1978 primarily as a resident swim club with a small fitness component. The secret quickly got out and people began flocking to our world-class atrium pool. Since that time MPHC has grown to a 35,000 sq. ft. complex housing everything from rock climbing & spinning to pilates & scuba-diving.

MPHC has built its reputation on being an affordable place in the community where people from all walks of life can go to maintain their health & wellness. Our philosophy has always been simple... All fitness. No Attitude.
