Celebrating over 30 years, Manhattan Plaza Health Club (MPHC) opened its doors in 1978 primarily as a resident swim club with a small fitness component. The secret quickly got out and people began flocking to our world-class atrium pool. Since that time MPHC has grown to a 35,000 sq. ft. complex housing everything from rock climbing & spinning to pilates & scuba-diving.
